This is the public contact address for product, privacy, legal, security, and accessibility questions.

Current status: the address is published, but production email routing has not yet been confirmed. Until Cloudflare Email Routing is configured and tested, delivery and response cannot be guaranteed. The site does not currently offer a separate contact form or promise a response time.

What to include

For a generation problem, include:

• The approximate date, time, and your time zone.
• The page URL and the exact error shown.
• Browser and operating-system versions.
• Whether you uploaded one, two, or three reference views.
• Image file type, dimensions, and approximate file size.
• A screenshot with private or sensitive information removed.

Do not email API keys, passwords, identity documents, private customer data, or an original sensitive reference image. If a safe, non-confidential sample reproduces the issue, use that instead.

Common checks

• Use PNG or JPEG files no larger than 5 MB each.
• Each image must be at least 64 × 64 pixels and no more than 4096 × 4096 or 16 megapixels.
• Use one clear object; people, animals, cluttered scenes, highly transparent subjects, and complex organic forms may be rejected.
• If generation is rate-limited or a model provider is unavailable, wait and try again later.
• A generated model is an editable approximation. Hidden surfaces and exact dimensions cannot be recovered from one image.

Privacy, legal, and security reports

Use the same address for privacy-rights requests, licensing questions, or responsible security reports. Include enough detail to investigate, but do not send exploit code that accesses other people's data or causes service disruption.

For data requests, provide the approximate request date and time. Because the current converter does not associate generations with an account, a particular upload may not be identifiable.
